What’s your return policy?
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do not encourage returns and refunds unless the product received is damaged. To return a damaged product, you should report to us about the damage of the product on the same day you received the product. Click a picture of the damaged product and send us a message on our Whats App or write to us attaching the picture of the damaged product via mail email@example.com. Please confirm once whether the following information is clearly mentioned in your e-mail/message:
– Order Number/ID
– Product Name
– Picture of the damaged product
We do not provide any reverse pickups. The order needs to be self shipped by the customer.
